Tactical Security Guard - Mall

Regal Security Inc. is seeking Full-Time Security Guards to join our team providing critical security services for a prominent shopping mall in Niagara Falls. This is an excellent opportunity to use your security knowledge and experience in one of the most dynamic and vital environments in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison for the mall by assisting clients, visitors, and mall staff.
• Conduct regular patrols throughout the mall property to ensure a safe and secure environment while enforcing property rules for all visitors and clients.
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems.
• Work closely with mall staff, emergency responders, and management to support sensitive mall operations, including:
• Responding to code calls.
• Managing other critical incidents.
• Respond to facility issues on the property, such as fire alarms, floods, and elevator entrapments.
• Complete accurate reports and incident documentation.
• Perform citizen’s arrests as required.

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
• Valid First Aid/CPR Certification.
• Previous mall or tactical security experience (preferred).
• Previous Use of Force experience and/or certification (considered a strong asset).
• Strong verbal and written communication and report-writing skills.
• Professionalism, dependability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Full-time availability for afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays.
